The Photographic Society reserves the rights to use any entry for other activities within the school compound without informing or seeking the permission of the participant. However, all participants will be given proper credit for any usage of the photo.

The Photographic Society reserves the rights to disqualify any participants or entries that fail to comply with the rules and regulations.
